This work is about the study and evaluation of the output parameters on SRBC circuit based on the optimized values of inductor, L, capacitor, C and resistor, R. The development of low power converters in future must have the capability to operate in megahertz switching frequency. This project will be based on simulation circuit using PSPICE software. The simulation will involve the study of the data sheet, circuit operation and the fundamental of SRBC circuit. Then, the results will be evaluated in terms of its output voltage and current. In addition, the voltage and current ripples which contribute to losses are also taken into consideration. It is found that the optimized parameter values for CCM are L = 15 μH, C = 0.625 μF and R = 3.5 and whilst for DCM, L = 1 μH, C = 9.375 μF and R = 4 . © 2012 IEEE.
