Abstract

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have extensively reshape individuals� daily activity. Even more, ICT suggested to reshape the spatial and temporal fixity of activities. For instance, shopping activities are no longer can be performed just in leisure time. Using ICT, online shopping also can be done even while working and studying. This paper seeks to explore the personal and ICT characteristics of users with different patterns of using ICT, also to discuss how it appeals to impact their online shopping behaviour. Using descriptive analysis, finding suggest that the way of people use ICT to perform certain activity can identify their behaviour of utilizing ICT and online shopping. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2021.
