Abstract

A simple controlled synthesis method for supported hollow NiO crystals from an octahedral morphology to their different truncated shapes was successfully obtained by utilizing a facile wet-impregnation method through controlling the calcination temperature. © 2018 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
