To achieve this goal we have analyzed the relationship between corporate governance and integrating sustainability indicators to examine whether there exist significant differences in performance. This study has used top 300 firms listed on Bursa Malaysia based on market capitalization. Earnings Per share (EPS) was used as proxies for firm performance. Also, reverse causation was controlled using firm size and leverage as exogenous variables for some of the corporate governance practices among the firms. The results revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between sustainability and firm performance. © 2017 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved. date: 2017 publisher: American Scientific Publishers official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85013187629&doi=10.1166%2fasl.2017.7249&partnerID=40&md5=4d3299d089605e9fc0c6708316c94116 id_number: 10.1166/asl.2017.7249 full_text_status: none publication: Advanced Science Letters volume: 23 number: 1 pagerange: 540-544 refereed: TRUE issn: 19366612 citation: Johl, S.K. and Salami, O.L.
