These parameters are important to determine the tensile strength and weld bead penetration of the welded specimen. Large data sets are necessary to train the Neural Network using Matlab ANN tool and hence enable to predict the desired output. The predicted output is validated by comparing with experimental data. © 2017 Author(s). date: 2017 publisher: American Institute of Physics Inc. official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85038358071&doi=10.1063%2f1.5010509&partnerID=40&md5=f9028a723c9a5585b12c008705dd4692 id_number: 10.1063/1.5010509 full_text_status: none publication: AIP Conference Proceedings volume: 1901 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9780735415898 issn: 0094243X citation: Pedapati, S.R. and Shasidaran and Kamal, S. and Rani, A.M.A. (2017) Optimum welding parameter for GMA welding using soft computing techniques.
