This information is often found in reports, plant layouts and activity logbooks, which format is not structured. Hence, some information become obscured and tracking changes that compromise process safety become difficult. Whilst there are works to address access to unstructured sources, another following-up challenge is to compose information extracted from various sources meaningfully. This paper proposes a knowledge-based model to integrate safetyrelated information from multiple workflow sources to multiple sinks. The work provides an architectural perspective to improve visibility and interoperability of safety information within a plant environment. © Springer Science+Business Media Singapore 2016. %Z cited By 0; Conference of International Conference on Information Science and Applications, ICISA 2016 ; Conference Date: 15 February 2016 Through 18 February 2016; Conference Code:165179
