The integration of business and information technology (IT) is encouraged in this study to enhance the business performance of SMEs in Malaysia. Development and implementation of a solution to integrate business and IT processes of SMEs, ease the business monitoring job, and improve the insight on the business performance in a fast manner for the decision makers are the main objective of this study. The business analytics framework is implemented in smart devices to provide visualization and analytics on business data.
