Survey conducted on 54 operational managers to gather information and to test the hypothesis of a study. Data was collected using questionnaires. The data analyzed with multiple regression analysis while hypothesis testing used was t-test. Results of this study shown that clarity of business vision and top management support have significant effects on the quality of business intelligence systems. However, the top management support has negative relationship with quality of business intelligence systems. The implication of this study is, in order to get better quality of business intelligence system top management should give socialization about business vision to subordinates and they should have a good technical skill on business intelligence systems.
