The growth of waste generation particularly construction and demolition wastes have attracted considerable attention.The most common causes ofwaste in construction projects are materials. In Malaysia, the consistent development of the industry offers a strong possibility of greater use of sustainablewaste practices, leading towards the nation goals for sustainable development. It is therefore, obvious that the monetary losses from construction material waste can create a great danger to the economic growth and development of a country. Primary and secondary data were gathered using structured questionnaires and interviews.
