The morphological and spectral characterizations have been done using FESEM and XRD measurements. The thermoelectric (TE) properties of the reduced graphene oxide-polyaniline composite (rG-P) has been studied in the temperature range from 300-400?K. The electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient of rG-P is higher than the of pure PANI, while the thermal conductivity of the composite still keeps much low value ensuing an increase in the dimensionless figure of merit (ZT) in the whole temperature range. © 2016 Author(s). date: 2016 publisher: American Institute of Physics Inc. official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84984549271&doi=10.1063%2f1.4946519&partnerID=40&md5=8152dbbd34ee1c2362e684d6d5ab6e21 id_number: 10.1063/1.4946519 full_text_status: none publication: AIP Conference Proceedings volume: 1728 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9780735413757 issn: 0094243X citation: Mitra, M. and Banerjee, D. and Kargupta, K. and Ganguly, S.
