The influence of these promoters on properties and performance of Ni-based catalyst supported on γ-Al2O3 for CO2 reforming of methane reaction has been studied. CO2 reforming of methane reaction has been conducted at atmospheric pressure for 5 h at 850°C. Results show that Nb promoted catalysts show higher conversion of CH4 and CO2 (44.5) compared to that of unpromoted catalyst. Meanwhile, the amount of coke formed was lower on the promoted catalysts compared to that of unpromoted catalyst. © 2016 Author(s). date: 2016 publisher: American Institute of Physics Inc. official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85006001636&doi=10.1063%2f1.4968070&partnerID=40&md5=29909687c79e2f287ff078e60fcda253 id_number: 10.1063/1.4968070 full_text_status: none publication: AIP Conference Proceedings volume: 1787 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9780735414518 issn: 0094243X citation: Yahya, E.A. and Zabidi, N.A.M. and Kait, C.F.
