Thus, this study aimed to identify the criteria that are important for evaluating the impact of non-medical mobile health (m-health) apps. Based on the identified criteria and an in-depth literature review, a framework will be proposed. The framework which will be tested and validated in later stages of this research will be useful for developers, health providers and doctors as it act as guideline to identify the impact of using non-medical m-health apps. © 2016 IEEE. date: 2016 publisher: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85010411029&doi=10.1109%2fICCOINS.2016.7783203&partnerID=40&md5=a56d9576f5099b1aba9f482e7ec0a09f id_number: 10.1109/ICCOINS.2016.7783203 full_text_status: none publication: 2016 3rd International Conference on Computer and Information Sciences, ICCOINS 2016 - Proceedings pagerange: 137-142 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9781509051342 citation: Fadzillah, F.M. and Arshad, N.I.
