These methods are proposed to determine the expected number of failures to assess the efficiency of technical diagnostics of instruments. Additionally, this research focuses on the improvement of multi-machine troubleshooting systems, based on the 'AND-OR' graphs. Respective algorithms are presented. The majority principle uses the input information to check the correctness of the decision regarding identification of faulty machines. In this paper we base on the complete testing algorithm for elements of multi-computer complexes searching by criteria of failed element. © 2015 Archives of Control Sciences. date: 2015 publisher: Institute of Automatic Control - Silesian University of Technology official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84929142220&doi=10.1515%2facsc-2015-0006&partnerID=40&md5=b17d2999a634dc08c59ae20214dfbe9f id_number: 10.1515/acsc-2015-0006 full_text_status: none publication: Archives of Control Sciences volume: 25 number: 1 pagerange: 87-107 refereed: TRUE issn: 12302384 citation: Ye, K.Z. and Kyaw, H.A. and Portnov, E.M. and Bain, A.M. and Vasant, P.
