In effort to be one of developed countries by year 2020, Malaysian government is in rapid progress improving its public services to serve the nation. On top of that, the most crucial sectors in ensuring the quality of a good living among the nation is now emerge. Safety is a new unforeseen field and at most of the time being uphold manually. Fire incidents have been determined as one of the main factor for country's losses and giving such a high impact on the stability of human life. This safety issue also affect the development process throughout the country.
