An interactive method for solving multi-objective TPD problems with fuzzy goals, available supply and forecast demand is developed. The proposed method attempts simultaneously to minimize the total production and transportation costs and the total delivery time with reference to budget constraints and available supply, machine capacities at each source, as well as forecast demand and warehouse space constraints at each destination. We compare in an industrial case the performance of S-curve membership functions, representing uncertainly goals and constraints in TPD problems, with linear membership functions. © 2009 American Institute of Physics. date: 2009 official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-79952965574&doi=10.1063%2f1.3223935&partnerID=40&md5=abccf3c9bbe07f54d4b458266fcd4ea7 id_number: 10.1063/1.3223935 full_text_status: none publication: AIP Conference Proceedings volume: 1159 place_of_pub: Bali pagerange: 231-239 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9780735406964 issn: 0094243X citation: Peidro, D. and Vasant, P.
