This paper presents some findings on the effect of Microwave Incinerated Rice Husk Ash (MIRHA) on workability and compressive strength of concrete. It was obtained that the inclusion of MIRHA as partial replacement of cement could significantly improve the compressive strength of hardened concrete while reducing the workability of fresh concrete. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. date: 2014 publisher: Trans Tech Publications official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84901491147&doi=10.4028%2fwww.scientific.net%2fAMR.935.193&partnerID=40&md5=58e9b44afe6607d37809b3a193ccb03a id_number: 10.4028/www.scientific.net/AMR.935.193 full_text_status: none publication: Advanced Materials Research volume: 935 place_of_pub: Kuala Lumpur pagerange: 193-196 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9783038350828 issn: 10226680 citation: Hussein, A.A.E. and Shafiq, N. and Nuruddin, M.F.
