The membranes were characterized using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA), Universal Testing Machine (UTM) and Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR).The results disclosed that the symmetric, higher polymer concentration membrane contributed to better thermal and mechanical stabilities. PSF/THF membrane showed good mechanical strength while PSF/DMAC membrane illustrated great thermal stability. 20 of polymer concentration and PSF/THF membrane led to the thicker skin layer and dense structure formation. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. date: 2014 publisher: Trans Tech Publications Ltd official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84904061787&doi=10.4028%2fwww.scientific.net%2fAMR.917.307&partnerID=40&md5=966372384117cdc5efc1b3e9a140c655 id_number: 10.4028/www.scientific.net/AMR.917.307 full_text_status: none publication: Advanced Materials Research volume: 917 place_of_pub: Kuala Lumpur pagerange: 307-316 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9783038350521 issn: 10226680 citation: Jusoh, N. and Keng, L.K. and Shariff, A.M.
