The creep or deformation was caused by the deformation within the depth of the pavement. It was found that the mixture containing polymer-modified binder gave a lower rut depth compared to the conventional mixtures, indicating the superiority of these mixtures in creep. It was also observed that the incorporation of both polymer additives and synthetic fibres in bituminous mixtures had the potential of improving the fatigue performance of bituminous mixtures. %D 2003 %O cited By 0; Conference of Proceedings - 21st ARRB and 11th REAAA Conference, Transport Our Highway to a Sustainable Future ; Conference Date: 18 May 2003 Through 23 May 2003; Conference Code:62599 %L scholars50 %J Proceedings - Conference of the Australian Road Research Board %C Cairns, QLD %T Creep and fatigue performance of polymer modified and fibre reinforced bituminous mixtures %V 21 %A M.
