Man %P 533-536 %X The new membrane material containing facilitate transport medium to enhance the performance of gas separation membrane has been fabricated by using monoethanolamine (MEA) as a fixed carrier with different concentration (5 & 10 wt. ) by using the solvent evaporation method. The developed membranes were characterized by using Field Emission Electron Microscope (FESEM), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), and Thermo-Gravimetric Analysis (TGA). The developed membranes were found nonporous and dense in structure. © 2014 Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. %K Carrier concentration; Characterization; Ethanolamines; Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy; Gravimetric analysis; Membranes; Separation; Thermogravimetric analysis, Fabrication and characterizations; Facilitated transport membranes; Fixed site; Fourier transform infrared; Gas separation membrane; Gas separations; Monoethanolamine; Solvent evaporation method, Gas permeable membranes %D 2014 %R 10.4028/www.scientific.net/AMM.625.533 %O cited By 2; Conference of 3rd International Conference on Process Engineering and Advanced Materials, ICPEAM 2014 ; Conference Date: 3 June 2014 Through 5 June 2014; Conference Code:114811 %J Applied Mechanics and Materials %L scholars4735
