The process is claimed to be less energy intensive, green and low technology. In this article effect of composition on the efficiency of such process is discussed. CSMGem software is used for analysis. Results shows that gas phase composition have important impact on the efficiency of process. © 2014 Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. date: 2014 publisher: Trans Tech Publications Ltd official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84914161847&doi=10.4028%2fwww.scientific.net%2fAMM.625.557&partnerID=40&md5=c428a3fb438cb83b5176019a1dc5a15c id_number: 10.4028/www.scientific.net/AMM.625.557 full_text_status: none publication: Applied Mechanics and Materials volume: 625 pagerange: 557-561 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9783038351818 issn: 16609336 citation: Partoon, B. and Sabil, K.M. and Kok Keong, L.
