The effect of scan rate and numberof cycles on IrO2 thickness and pH sensitivity were investigated by electrochemical experiment. All fabricated pH sensor had a super-Nernstian response value in range of -69.9 to -74.5 mV/pH unit.Electrochemical results indicated iridium oxide decreased electrode impedance which was in direct relation with its thickness. © 2013 by ESG. date: 2013 official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84875064293&partnerID=40&md5=8c7f6c4bd723851d08d48f665b1b6e40 full_text_status: none publication: International Journal of Electrochemical Science volume: 8 number: 3 pagerange: 3290-3301 refereed: TRUE issn: 14523981 citation: Kakooei, S. and Ismail, M.C. and Wahjoedi, B.A. (2013) Electrochemical study of iridium oxide coating on stainless steel substrate.
