With an increasing awareness of efficiency of fingerprint attendance system, the implementation of portable fingerprint attendance system has gain interest. The implementation is achieved using a combination of hardware and software development. A Motorola handphone model Atrix 4G is being used as a hardware device while software development is based on the Android operating system. Software called Eclipse is used for the development of android application which based on the Java script language. In this paper, the result of the system were shown sequentially, demonstrating that the system able to run safely and efficient in any real-time conditions. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. date: 2013 official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84874592982&doi=10.4028%2fwww.scientific.net%2fAMR.660.230&partnerID=40&md5=81113e978b2af8a47a751682efb57cd8 id_number: 10.4028/www.scientific.net/AMR.660.230 full_text_status: none publication: Advanced Materials Research volume: 660 place_of_pub: Xiamen pagerange: 230-235 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9783037856413 issn: 10226680 citation: May, Z. and Basiran, K.S.
