In this paper, we illustrate the speed control part of our suggested system & its application layer protocol to solve the above problem "High Speed Driving" as well as describing our proposed specification logic language for VANET Aspects. By applying this system on highways, we will save lives of the victims and/or the irresponsible people or at least reduce the total amount of car accidents happening every day.7 Though, this system's expected cost is high, saving one life is more worthy.
