Among the ways through which ICT can be integrated into TEE include: the use CD-ROMS, videodisks, electronic encyclopedia, and video libraries, computer assisted instruction, animation, web-based and computer aided design (CAD). Similarly, the paper highlighted some of the problems facing the efforts of integrating ICT into technical and engineering education and training.
