To achieve developed country status, there are lots of works to be completed immediately by workers everywhere in the country in order to save cost and energy. Stress during works, becomes a major issue lately. Unsafe action may cause accidents, worst may cause death. Accidents which usually happen during work are fire. Safety during fire rescue is now become crucial. It is a big loss if our professionals such as fire fighters hurt and dead during their rescue operation. These experts need to be monitored during their hazardous operation to ensure their safety, thus victims can be saved successfully. In this paper, we propose an intelligent personal monitoring system to simulate the real input data using fuzzy logic. The system was design using an agent-based design tool called a Prometheus Design Tool (PDT). Type-2 fuzzy was then used to define uncertain input and produced a reliable output. It is crucial to generate a crisp output when dealing with human's life. © 2012 IEEE. date: 2012 official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84867909700&doi=10.1109%2fICCISci.2012.6297302&partnerID=40&md5=dd41e8fb6af465860669bbfa8ab1201c id_number: 10.1109/ICCISci.2012.6297302 full_text_status: none publication: 2012 International Conference on Computer and Information Science, ICCIS 2012 - A Conference of World Engineering, Science and Technology Congress, ESTCON 2012 - Conference Proceedings volume: 1 place_of_pub: Kuala Lumpur pagerange: 526-531 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9781467319386 citation: Ahmad, A.H. and Mahmood, A.K. and Jaafar, J.
