Three evolutionary optimization techniques viz., Scatter Search (SS), Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) are employed to derive the optimal control parameters of the resonant converter and the results obtained are compared in terms of efficiency. After deriving the optimal parameters, simulation studies are carried out using MATLAB /SIMULINK modeling approach to analyze the performance of the resonant converter. © 2011 Praise Worthy Prize S.r.l. - All rights reserved. date: 2011 publisher: Praise Worthy Prize S.r.l official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-80155179668&partnerID=40&md5=4b54af1b9b7f2ee5787f876b6471ba4c full_text_status: none publication: International Review on Modelling and Simulations volume: 4 number: 2 pagerange: 547-554 refereed: TRUE issn: 19749821 citation: Rama Rao, K.S. and Azhar, N.S.M. and Hamid, N.H.
