The simulation is carried out for synchronous rectifier buck converter (SRBC) in continuous conduction mode where several configurations of the MOSFET connected in parallel are applied. It is found that the body diode conduction loss has been reduced of more than 35 in fourparallel S1 with one S2 compared to the single pair totempoled switched SRBC circuit. date: 2011 publisher: Institute of Doctors Engineers and Scientists (IDES) official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84899519039&partnerID=40&md5=70d3fcd73fa1a9951af9ed26a0b18762 full_text_status: none publication: 2011 Computation and Communication Technologies: 3rd International Conference on Advances in Computing, Control, and Telecommunication Technologies, ACT 2011 - Computer Science Series volume: 1 place_of_pub: Jakarta pagerange: 149-152 refereed: TRUE citation: Yahaya, N.Z. and Makhtar, N.A.
