The simulation is carried out for synchronous rectifier buck converter (SRBC) in continuous conduction mode where several configurations of the MOSFET connected in parallel are applied. It is found that the body diode conduction loss has been reduced of more than 35 in fourparallel S1 with one S2 compared to the single pair totempoled switched SRBC circuit. A1 - Yahaya, N.Z.
