%X In this work, annotated disjunct (ADJ) is utilized to create transfer rules for Machine Translation (MT) system. The transfer rules are employed to build English to Indonesian MT system as a platform to test the developed transfer rules. The paper also explains a comparison of the system with two proprietary software. ©2007 IEEE.
