The durability and creep deformation of the FRP composite are the key factors that decide their applicability as a load-bearing structural element. Many studies reported that the FRPs could withstand extreme climatic conditions and be subject to sustained/cyclic loading when used as a structural element. Therefore, creating an FRP composite with a long service life is a top priority for engineers, scientists, and designers. The long-term service life of FRP materials under varied service life conditions has been the subject of extensive studies published to date. The important research findings on the creep and durability of FRP materials are compiled in this chapter. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. AV - none ER -
