The method has been derived by considering the Backward Differential Formula (BDF) that is well known used for solving stiff ODEs. The suggestion of adding second derivative term in the solution steps is to increase the stability region of the block method. The convergence properties of the derived method which include order, zero stability and consistency are discussed. The theoretical results based on the convergence properties and the region of stability shows that the derive method is convergent and A-stable.
