Considering that this virus follows the basic rules of epidemic disease transmission, we use the SIR model to show the spread process of this disease in Iran. Then we estimate the primary reproduction number (R0) of COVID-19 in Iran by matching an epidemic model with the data of reported cases. © 2022 date: 2023 official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85145361820&doi=10.1016%2fj.orp.2022.100265&partnerID=40&md5=8531bbb66a97f9a617eed7a53bb281c0 id_number: 10.1016/j.orp.2022.100265 full_text_status: none publication: Operations Research Perspectives volume: 10 refereed: TRUE citation: Salimipour, A. and Mehraban, T. and Ghafour, H.S. and Arshad, N.I. and Ebadi, M.J.
