To explore this, we have studied several team dynamics factors that influence the Knowledge Management Processes (KMP) in Very Small Entities (VSEs) 1. A survey was conducted in a variety of VSEs and through statistical and qualitative content analysis for the research data, results indicate that small teams, informal team process and structure have an important influence on the level of team dynamics in the software development process. date: 2011 official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84855554049&partnerID=40&md5=a58191c9b011811ef0a99db7364718d8 full_text_status: none publication: SEKE 2011 - Proceedings of the 23rd International Conference on Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering place_of_pub: Miami, FL pagerange: 339-342 refereed: TRUE isbn: 1891706292; 9781891706295 citation: Basri, S. and O'Connor, R.V.
