In the present work, we explore a direct relation between the linear canonical ambiguity function and the classical ambiguity function. We then utilize this interesting relation to obtain its fundamental properties such as the inversion theorem, general Moyalâs formula and conjugate function. Finally, the linear canonical ambiguity function method is applied to evaluate the linear FM signal. © 2022, Institute of Technology PETRONAS Sdn Bhd. date: 2022 publisher: Springer Science and Business Media Deutschland GmbH official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85115392688&doi=10.1007%2f978-3-030-79606-8_7&partnerID=40&md5=4f33f4373f11c527d1b674fecd050243 id_number: 10.1007/978-3-030-79606-8₇ full_text_status: none publication: Studies in Systems, Decision and Control volume: 383 pagerange: 93-106 refereed: TRUE issn: 21984182 citation: Bahri, M. and Abdul Karim, S.A.
