However, the successful implementation of E-procurement is uncertain among procurement executive due to non organizational e-readiness. This paper presents an organizational e-readiness model that significantly contributes to E-procurement implementation. A quantitative survey approach is used to collect data from a sample of 142 manufacturing industries of Malaysia. The findings show that top management support, IT infrastructure and suppliers support/commitment has a positive correlation and significant relationship with organizational e-readiness while organizational e-readiness has a strong positive correlation and significant relationship with E-procurement implementation. © 2011 IEEE. %Z cited By 0; Conference of IEEE International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, IEEM2011 ; Conference Date: 6 December 2011 Through 9 December 2011; Conference Code:88254
