PCM is integrated with flat plate collector in this system to enhance the performance. The purpose of fin is to transfer the heat from the absorber plate to any PCM below the absorber plate. Without PCM measurement for the performance is tested during daytime and night time to be compared with reference model. Three values of flow rate and tilt angles have been set to analyses the performance for full day. Combination of 0 degree 4 kg/min produce the highest hot water temperature that is 66C. The next day hot water temperature can be maintained at 39C. © 2011 IEEE. date: 2011 official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-84857082134&doi=10.1109%2fNatPC.2011.6136414&partnerID=40&md5=64c375fd05eb6e79f8087653b2232c26 id_number: 10.1109/NatPC.2011.6136414 full_text_status: none publication: 2011 National Postgraduate Conference - Energy and Sustainability: Exploring the Innovative Minds, NPC 2011 place_of_pub: Perak refereed: TRUE isbn: 9781457718847 citation: Saw, C.L. and Al-Kayiem, H.
