Every property development has its own risk that will affect the project objectives or goals if it gets worse. Project risk management is one of the crucial elements which needs to be developed in order to minimize the impact on the project. Project risk management is not about total elimination of the risk, but itâ??s the process of identifying, accessing and controlling the risk.
