As the grain is not preserved probably, they will become non-porous or impermeable. Water will straight away run off into the river, increase the water discharge and flood may occur. Increased erosion in the upper reaches of the catchment can affect the river environment many meters downstream. © 2021 IEEE. date: 2021 publisher: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85125077027&doi=10.1109%2fIEEECONF53624.2021.9668180&partnerID=40&md5=b2fe51592e8759da3c2452803ec07216 id_number: 10.1109/IEEECONF53624.2021.9668180 full_text_status: none publication: 2021 3rd International Sustainability and Resilience Conference: Climate Change pagerange: 231-236 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9781665416320 citation: Mohammed, A.F.M. and Muneer, A. and Sadeq, S.
