%X The technological complexity of plant maintenance has placed the contractors' evaluation and selection as one of the central components of asset management processes. Evaluation and selection of contractors has become a complex decision process that requires large number of qualitative and quantitative input to be simultaneously assessed. This study proposes a multi-criteria decision model as a mean of facilitating contractors' selection for a petrochemical company in Malaysia. © 2011 IEEE.
