%T Mining sequence of event from vector-based spatiotemporal database %A B.Y. Widodo %C Kuala Lumpur %P 49-54 %X In this paper, we propose VectoFlowMiner, an extension to FlowMiner, a spatiotemporal data mining algorithm. FlowMiner, are targeted for mining from raster-based spatial data. Most GIS (Geographic Information System) however, requires, process, and stores spatial data in vector representation. We propose Neighborhood graph as 'drop-in' replacement for relationship operator in FlowMiner. We present here the result from experimenting with real life dataset consisting of road traffic data. ©2007 IEEE. %K Data mining; Geographic information systems; Information management; Vectors, Neighborhood graphs; ROad traffics; Sequence of events; Spatial databases; Spatial datums; Spatial relationship; Spatiotemporal; Spatiotemporal data minings; Spatiotemporal databases; Vector representations, Database systems %O cited By 0; Conference of 2007 International Conference on Intelligent and Advanced Systems, ICIAS 2007 ; Conference Date: 25 November 2007 Through 28 November 2007; Conference Code:74506 %J 2007 International Conference on Intelligent and Advanced Systems, ICIAS 2007 %L scholars142 %D 2007 %R 10.1109/ICIAS.2007.4658346
