The multiphase system consists of Crude oil, Natural Gas system with high Carbon dioxide and deionized water. Experiments are conducted using the Raman Gas hydrate reactor with the operating conditions in line with the real time conditions. The Induction time was calculated for all the experiments and the kinetic behavior was evaluated. Also, a statistical regression model has been developed to predict the induction time. Also, this model is used for evaluating the most influential parameters on induction time prediction. It was found that the Induction time plays a major role in the kinetics of gas hydrates. The observations suggested that the higher the induction, the gas hydrates formation initiation is delayed. Copyright © 2020, Society of Petroleum Engineers AV - none A1 - Sahith Sayani, J.K.
