The antenna is a button shape Roger substrate (a: 25mm) using a radiator on the top side of a disc, which enhances the users' comfort and makes it a small size up to date in the literature. Besides, the button is placed on the top side of substrates (Roger, Denim-black) and a conductive ground (copper). Moreover, a superstrate substrate (felt) is used on the top side of a radiator. The main characteristic is showed in three types of radiation patterns, a monopole type in the 2.4538-2.587 GHz for On-body and a broadside in the 5.038-6.03 GHz for off-body communications. Next, the high performance is obtained concerning the gain, bandwidth, and radiation patterns during On-Off body communication, simultaneously. Besides, the lowest specific absorption rate (SAR) is obtained in different bands. Simulated and measurement results are found well. Finally, the effect of the human body is validated using the human hand (hantenna) as an antenna. © 2020 USNC-URSI. date: 2020 publisher: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85100697888&doi=10.23919%2fUSNC%2fURSI49741.2020.9321662&partnerID=40&md5=e26cd2a78210d8bde34977b29884a8b3 id_number: 10.23919/USNC/URSI49741.2020.9321662 full_text_status: none publication: 2020 USNC-URSI Radio Science Meeting (Joint with AP-S Symposium), USNC/URSI 2020 - Proceedings pagerange: 177-178 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9781946815088 citation: Ali, S.M. and Jeoti, V. and Saeidi, T. and Mahmood, S.N. and Khattak, I. and Khursheed, S.
