The main point of the methodology is consideration the process of electron-hole pairs formation under influence of photons of given site of solar spectrum with semiconductor (silicon) used as solar cell substrate. Some results of this kind calculation are represented in the paper. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG. date: 2019 publisher: Springer Verlag official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85054727483&doi=10.1007%2f978-3-030-00979-3_34&partnerID=40&md5=4a51bd61d01cb941677e0c29021d04f8 id_number: 10.1007/978-3-030-00979-3₃₄ full_text_status: none publication: Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing volume: 866 pagerange: 328-336 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9783030009786 issn: 21945357 citation: Kharchenko, V. and Nikitin, B. and Tikhonov, P. and Panchenko, V. and Vasant, P.
