An interactive method for solving multi-objective VS problems with fuzzy goals is developed. The proposed method attempts simultaneously to minimize the total order costs, the number of rejected items and the number of late delivered items with reference to several constraints such as meeting buyers' demand, vendors' capacity, vendors' quota flexibility, vendors' allocated budget, etc. We compare in an industrial case the performance of S-curve membership functions, representing uncertainty goals and constraints in VS problems, with linear membership functions. © 2010 American Institute of Physics. date: 2010 official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-77955758166&doi=10.1063%2f1.3459761&partnerID=40&md5=4dbe0635e350e296e1d06040e6057e2d id_number: 10.1063/1.3459761 full_text_status: none publication: AIP Conference Proceedings volume: 1239 place_of_pub: Gold Coast, QLD pagerange: 278-285 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9780735407855 issn: 0094243X citation: Díaz-Madroñero, M. and Peidro, D. and Vasant, P.
