The entire effect is analyzed by the nonlinear existence of the proposed structure. The manipulation is of major importance and nanometer bandwidth optical tweezers are an effective tool for manipulating individual particles, where these can be applied for many applications in medical science. The trapping size of the tweezers varies depending on the bandwidth of the launching pulses, thus particles with nano and micrometer diameter can be tapped and stored within the system. In this study 10 and 15 nm optical tweezers could be generated at the drop and active ports of the ring resonator. The proposed ring resonator uses the GaAs waveguide to perform the interferences between the input waves which are the dark and bright solitons. © 2019 The Authors date: 2019 publisher: Elsevier B.V. official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85060993478&doi=10.1016%2fj.rinp.2019.01.064&partnerID=40&md5=35051d8676b8999f8e0c961e795beec2 id_number: 10.1016/j.rinp.2019.01.064 full_text_status: none publication: Results in Physics volume: 12 pagerange: 1606-1609 refereed: TRUE issn: 22113797 citation: Amiri, I.S. and Anwar, T. and Vigneswaran, D. and Yupapin, P.
