The entire circuit uses only five resonators and both three-port circuits share four of the five resonators, leading to a compact circuit size and low insertion loss. In synthesis, given bandwidth, in-band return loss and transmission zeros, all coupling coefficients can be determined. For demonstration, a filtering divider and a filtering balun are designed at 2.4 GHz with a bandwidth of 5. Measured responses of the experimental circuits have good agreement with the simulated data, and this validates the synthesis. © 2019 IEEE. date: 2019 publisher: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. official_url: https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85082988450&doi=10.1109%2fAPMC46564.2019.9038415&partnerID=40&md5=82d680b1e430df7e15a1fe282f182c7a id_number: 10.1109/APMC46564.2019.9038415 full_text_status: none publication: Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference Proceedings, APMC volume: 2019-D pagerange: 1703-1705 refereed: TRUE isbn: 9781728135175 citation: Lin, C.-H. and Ng, C.L. and Wong, P.W. and Kuo, J.-T.
