For the purpose of combining some critical factors in the previous literature and technology acceptance model we have developed an integrated theoretical model. This study presents the managers/owners intentions for the adoption of E-Commerce technology and also highlights critical antecedent factors in the theoretical model and to find out the Behavioral beliefs do managers and owners in Malaysia have towards adopting of E-Commerce.
