description: This paper reports on the usability evaluation of themobile application Print Shop Bookingand Design (PSBD).The usability evaluation method adopted was heuristic evaluation. Three(3) usability experts were employed in this evaluation study. The result of the evaluation study revealed that the application is not easy to use as has been observed by the usability experts.
