Frame differencing is used in thealgorithm as it is an effective and an efficient way for detectingand tracking moving objects. We explore ways in which thedrone can make decisions autonomously, based on informationextracted from moving objects in views and for applicationssuch as agriculture, hunting, public safety and land surveying. {\^A}{\copyright} 2017 IEEE.}, url = {https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85051456680&doi=10.1109\%2fAMS.2017.25&partnerID=40&md5=9ecad34aa505be9139803c968d377678}, keywords = {Drones; Motion analysis; Object detection; Surveying, Frame differencing; Land surveying; Motion detection; Moving objects; Public safety; Surveillance systems; Tracking moving objects, Aircraft detection}, isbn = {9781538637524}, author = {Yong, S.-P. and Chung, A.
