In the present work, binary mixtures of bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium acetate + water and monoethanolamine + bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium acetate were prepared with different compositions, and their densities were measured over the temperature range from (303.15 to 353.15) K. Excess molar volumes were calculated using the measured density values and correlated using a Redlich - Kister-type polynomial equation. © 2010 American Chemical Society.
